1. Check if your device has a Wi-Fi profile installed

For iPhone, iPad, or Mac, a profile is installed when you use cloudpath.its.sfu.ca to connect to the SFUNET-SECURE or eduroam networks. An invalid profile or expired certificate will prevent your device from connecting successfully.

If you don't have a Wi-Fi profile installed on your device, skip to the Forget a Network section.

  2. General > VPN & Device Management.
  3. Look for a profile called SFU Wi-Fi.
