PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Following the upgrade of Micetro (formerly Men & Mice) to version 26.1.1, the ability to manage Dynamic DNS (DDNS) records through the Micetro web interface is unavailable.
The vendor has confirmed that DDNS management functionality is missing from the current user interface. As a result, users cannot create or delete DDNS records directly through Micetro and must request assistance from Network Operations.
While most Micetro functionality continues to operate normally, workflows that depend on DDNS deletion, including some device decommissioning activities through wake.its.sfu.ca, may require manual intervention.
