WHAT TO EXPECT

As temporary measure, this setting can let room and equipment managers to adjust booking events to the new time zone.

Enabling Allow Conflict can open up the room/equipment to legitimate scheduling conflicts or double-booking. By choosing this, managers are asked to actively accept booking requests as the on-going issues with time zones naturally fade away.

Note: Remember to revert this setting once time zone issues have fade away. Our general guidance is to revisit this setting within two weeks.
