EQUIPMENT LOANS FOR TEACHING AT SFU

IT Services offers various equipment loaning to SFU members, including students, faculty and staff. Faculty can book equipment directly from IT Services for classes on campus.

A/V EQUIPMENT LOANS FOR EVENTS (via SFU MEETING AND EVENT SERVICES)

IT Services offers AV technology and technical support for on-campus conferences and events in coordination with SFU Meeting and Event Services (MECS). Equipment loan bookings for events are managed by MECS.

Equipment available to MECS events includes:

  • Computer and video display 
  • Voice amplification
  • Video conferencing
  • Presentation accessories rental
  • Wireless internet connection
