Staff/Faculty
  • Microsoft 365 A3 for Faculty 
  • Exchange Online Plan 2, 100GB
Alumni
  • No access to Microsoft 365 apps
Retirees
  • Office 365 A1 for Faculty
  • Access to web version of Microsoft 365 apps (office.com)
  • Exchange Online Plan 1, 50GB
  • Access to web version of Exchange Online (outlook.office.com)

Sponsored Accounts
  • Baseline: Office 365 A1 for Faculty
  • No access to Outlook desktop applications
  • Optional upgrade: Microsoft 365 A3 for Student Use Benefit/Faculty. Accounts with A3 licenses will automatically appear in SFU MS Teams.
  • Exchange Online Plan 1, 50GB
