Overview
This article describes how to access and use the SFU Mail migration status tool. The tool provides the details surrounding the migration status of the computing ID's provided as a single Computing ID or as a maillist.
Note: Only members in its-all or lan-administrators maillists can look up the migration status of other individuals. Individuals not on these maillists can look up their own account.

Accessing the Tool
The migration status tool can be accessed by visiting mailmanager.its.sfu.ca/migration/report.cgi.
Search for Computing ID
The following information is given when a single Computing ID is provided:

Search for Maillist
The following information is given when a maillist is provided:
- Users are sorted by their migration status: Complete, Synced, and Not Started
- Within each migration category, users are sorted alphabetically by their Computing ID
