ABOUT THIS SERVICE

The IT Service Desk provides a centralized point of contact for information technology support and computing issues for the University. The Service Desk teams support faculty, staff, and students by troubleshooting, identifying and attempting to resolve problems quickly. When quick resolution is not available or achievable, the IT Service Desk will collaborate with IT technical experts to find a workable solution.

The Service Desk assists with service requests, and inquiries to IT Services and the University as a whole.
