Employees using TeamDynamix (TDX) to respond to tickets will have their personal information collected by SFU through the TDX platform, under the authority of the University Act (RSBC 1996, c.468) and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RSBC 1996, c.165). The collected personal information includes an access and use log and your communications with end-users. The information will be used to manage support requests from clients, administer workflows, to evaluate and manage employee and departmental performance, and to monitor and improve services.
